Harlan Stuckey
Founding partner, Indianapolis
Harlan has spent his career on crashes: first defending trucking companies, then, for most of it, suing them.
He knows what a carrier's insurer looks for in the first week, because he used to be the one looking. Now he uses it on the other side: the preservation letter goes out early, the hours log gets read line by line, and clients hear from him, not a case manager.

Why he switched sides
Defending carriers taught him that most truck cases are won or lost on records nobody asks for in time. He'd rather be the one asking.
Outside the office
He coaches a youth soccer team on the north side and still drives the same pickup he bought in law school.
